I had sent you a message asking if you heard or seen any email yet.
I have not yet either. But I have heard back from administration on a couple other matters. So that tells me your matter is being looked at still. Please hang on a bit longer.
If you have not heard from them or me by the days end, then send me another message and I will put an exclamation mark beside your name and the email I send to papiao :)

check them codes too, maybe they been fixed without us knowing so.

Hi,

I had paid for 3months acesss to IKS, however only one month was applied to my route. I wrote to IKS support and they said they would look into it last week, but I have not heard anything back since. I have the order number and credit payment receipt, but have now been without service for several days (missing all the football!) .

I would be grateful if anyone here could look into the issue.

hey crazed 2.0 im still waiting for u to pm me back regarding my issue. I went on the site and out in my irder number it says my account is active but when i put the password it gave me it doesnt work plz help me with this issue

my credit car show that i paid for a donation but i have not received an order number neither a donation number
can you please tell me what i could do next to retrieve this information, the only thing that i have is the email witch i made the purchase at the rocket site.

Hi all
I renewed this morning for my 2 NFPS through iptvprivateserver, however when I got to the end of the checkout, all appeared to have gone through ok, but got a web page error 404. However I checked my payment method, and a charge has gone though ok. I have followed the instructions from a post here http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?19121-Orders-not-received from dara and have PM's crazed 2.0 as instructed with my info. I haven't heard back as of yet, no biggie, people have lives, have also PM thru the iptv www as well. When I originally purchased, the emails were instant, so I just want to ensure payment has gone thru ok and renewal info has gone thru ok. thanks
