Look at your Paypal receipt. It will most likely list the reseller (third party) from whom you purchased Rocket. They're the only one that can help with this purchase, since you did not purchase directly from Rocket, which I would recommend doing the next time.

Whats it mean when you renew and get "Payment Result: Array" and told to try to order again yet the credit card transaction already shows pending?

i sent you a pm, i paid through http://iptvprivateserver.is/ used globalbill as the method after i clicked submit with my cc information it brought me to and site with an error message, checked my online statement i got charge 84.42 from PFA*DINGQUAN CO.,LTD ..

Rockycat, I followed your advice and sent an email to PayEase and informed you of what was done via pm on August 11. To date have heard nothing from PayEase, you or iks66 regarding the status of the service I requested and paid for. However, I'm seeing strings of similar advice coming from Super Moderators like yourself on the same issue. I'm just seeking some answers or some closure please. I have been in this line of uncertainty since receiving my order confirmation on August 6, 2016 and I did not use PayPal.

your route is up and running.
It has a MAC linked to it as well.

I sent you a return message with credentials. There is a MAC entered too, I do not know if it is the correct MAC you need thou.

I think you have been entering an incorrect number at the website when you were trying to check on the route account.
