Orders not received or MAC issues -- iptv66, Rocket or NFPS

I have the same issue aliasvn - did you get yours sorted out. Sent two messages already to Asft trying resolve my subscription. First time - I decided to cancel my "credit charge" with bank <> since the billing cycle was due. Need also to renew my other subscription but I cannot get any password reset confirmation. Mine is due next month already! Help? Love this thing - best TV in the world!

Have a question. Just ordered a 3 month IPTV66 subscription. Already received email immediately, will I get another email which will include a MAC address, or do I need to enter my own Mac to activate with password and login given?? Thanks

You have and own a Mac address so if it has the correct format then yo are good to go. You will need to go to iks66.com and link what you have ( again if the correct format).

I never get email for orders.already checked junk box.I sent email to iptv66,but no anwser.
finished seting up on MAG254,when i restart,it ask me logoin user name and password,i think it is the username and password i got from check orders on iks66.tv.
but it show me ERROR.I think i should link my MAC address on iptv66.com.but after i enter my email and my mac address,it is always told me:
Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged.
and my credit card already charged.
could you please help me?

Use the 13 digit route number for the username and the password.
You will need to link MAC addys to those routes too.
