Many Channels down and freezing.
I don't mean to be a complainer but, many Channels down and freezing. Service has been seriously bad now for over a month now. I am catching hell now from the family as I approach another renewal event. This sucks. I have been happy with the service and appreciate the cost for what I get, but lately the 'what I get' part has been very sorely lacking.
I am asking the tech support guys to step up to the plate and take a good swing at this. Way too many channels are down. You guys are killing me. Family on my case.
