I'm not investing anymore money with them until they make it a fix that can be downloaded.

I now have 4 avov boxes 2 tvonline and 2 tvonline +, and one of them is stuck in this error. I hope I'm not out of bounds saying this. If he got banned for stating that opinion this place is harsh. I'm kinda upset to cause I'm disabled and can't just go and stand around at a post office, but I love my tv, and am very techy, so would love to be able to get a fix that can be done at home.
 
I am handicapped myself, so I understand, all you need do is go online to USPS or call your post office and the carrier will pick up your box for transport to avov if necessary. Good luck..

wow, so what can I blame them for? People are really sensitive here. I don't know if avov is a sponsor here, maybe they are, but come on let a person vent the frustrations of having to pay for something they don't feel they needed to. if the box didn't have so many bugs, or they had a file download I wouldn't need to shell out so much money. I just hope there isn't another bug next week that will require the box to be shipped back to them.
 
No, avov is not a sponsor here, they have communicated with us and wish to keep their customers happy by maintaining open ties with our site. I applaud their efforts and taking the time. And no, they are not responsible for any costs involved due to your location.
 
All we are saying is that we need it fixed, i've been having the issues so have other I'm in the caribbean. Spoke to avov they said they'll get it fixed but that was over a month ago, still nothing to this day. Ive had my minx and mag running no problems with my minix i atleast could manual update which I've done but it's frustrating to know that it's been so long and if all i had was the avov tvonline then I'd be even more pissed off. I too run a small business and if i sold my clients the avov tvonline and they all had this issue I'd be in loads a trouble so people do have the right to express the truth and the truth is that the avov tvonline has not delivered for some of us. It's painful and disappointing everytime i go to check the box to c if it has been fixed you realize it hasn't brings me back to when asus screwed me with the transformer prime tablet sent it back for rma twice soo disappointing, i even submitted another ticket to avov thinking well the first one got lost because I still have the dead box here, for the record I'll just like to say I'm disappointed.
