read this for nand flash fix

I was going to start moving all friends and family who want or already have nfps to avov, but I don't want to deal with this headache in addition to the problems we have with nfps now. They make it more difficult on us and themselves by not posting the updates so that we can do it ourselves. For me no biggie cause I have firestick, android box, and pc on livingroom tv, but getting others to invest and have them down for long periods of time would be a problem. Please Avov can you be practical and help us help ourselves....post fix

Honestly, I have been lobbying about 30 people to switch to avov because iptv is so much better on my tvonline box. Had about 12 people planning the switch with the others considering it. I will now tell them to save their money.
 
ok i asked if you tried this
so to fix the nand flash error, users need to do this:

1. Do factory data reset (system settings, system info, factory data reset)
2. Once reset is done, go to marketplace and download 'memory cleaner' app
3. Wipe the memory for the 4 sections and will resolve the issue.
i did this to get it or was told
Hey so if you are not seeing the app there it may be because you need to update the file from system info. If not a factory data reset, so the app will appear. Once it appears just erase the memory and it will fix the nand flash error.

please anyone tell me if it fixed your problem they would like to know or tell them
they said go system and see if you can get to manual update the memory cleaner then use it and then do what they said to get box back
if you cant then send them a ticket dont know to many that has this problem try it and let them know they been on this for week now so please let them know as i dont see to many with this problem now

It does not work because you can't download it. All packages are stuck on zero. Nothing downloads the package are stuck
 
so you went to system and manual tried to update to get new app ? has nothing to do with package installer just asking if you went there to try and get app

Maybe they should tackle one problem at a time because some times people need to do things in a very deliberate manner. 1st fix the package loading problem, then the nand flash error problem, so push package loading fix then nand flash error fix

its all the same problem some get it others dont but i dont see to many with that problem now you and i dont know but i know they will make it right
 
look please tell me who still have problem with package installer or error will send them the info that it didnt work just need you to try fix first please

asft I really appreciate your time and effort in trying to be the mediator, so we can solve this issue. Their resolution is to have us send our boxes in. I know I can be an ass sometimes when it comes to customer service, but its because I was a call in tech support specialist with cablevision, and was hyper aware of how the customer was feeling and tried to always go the extra mile to make sure the customer was happy at the end of a call. I had 10 minutes to take care of a problem, and did everything humanly possible. I can't for the life of me understand sending my box in. When its as simple as letting us download and do ourselves. I know I can't have people I help with their boxes, be down for days and then have to send it in. This is a customers nightmare, and they should see it as a customer service issue.
 
sure is thats why they are trying very hard to fix this and your telling me lots of you customer have this problem ? i hope not
 
I only have 2 boxes and 1 is down other is purring like a cat, and I hadn't started moving my peeps over to avov yet. Having kodi on it basically sealed the deal, but can't see this type of problem not have an easy solution. Which is they found the bug and have the fix that can easily be installed by the person themselves, but whatever. I know I've spoke to a few people on facebook and a few here that have same problem. I don't know how wide spread it is.
 
dont think to many here but i do know they will fix it and i sent them what you said and they will read this post at sometime
 
My avov is doing the same thing package installer freezing and nand_flash error as of today I'm calling this box junk and moving on I been dealing with this for almost Two weeks no tv no answers and no files posted to fix the box instead today I received an email to return the box just pay shipping to get it there well I won't be sending it I'm just going to eat the 100 I already paid I'm not going to put more money and effort into a product with poor support that gets it up and running that could easily be solved by posting the nand_cleaner as a DL in the files section and factory files for all the equipment that is out. What little it worked I enjoyed to bad they lost a costumer for lack of post a do it yourself file.
 
look they are trying to make thing right if they said forget it then that bs but they are working hard to fix this sorry for what happen they did put a fix out that most say didnt work send the box back and get it fixed you'll be happy you did i know i run two of them its up to you but if it was me i send it back and get it running this box really works great i know it hard to hear that but a hundred buck to me is a lot of money when i only get one check a month send it back and you will see what this box should do
