read this for nand flash fix

Ok members getting this NAND flash issue will need to open a ticket at the help-desk http://help.avov.tv and possible rma or repair over there. There are a lot of tickets just tell everyone to bare and they will get around to it. For the most part all the package installer issues have been resolved!

this has been fixed On another note, the nand_flash issue has been resolved along side the package installer. Also if you notice they put an app on the marketplace called 'memory cleaner' to help clear cache and other memory issues. Let me know. has any one tried this yet and i didnt see memory cleaner

Have you tried a factory data reset? It should allow you to download the new updates if the prompts are not coming. Please let me know and check back.

I did regular and manual reset.......still nothing but the error and packages stuck in loading

have tried everything several times.nothing worked for me(cant get past the nand flash error).i gave up and just sent mine back.

I don't want to go thru process of sending back. Sucks it will probably become an old dusty paper weight.

Thanks asft. I have 2 also, well 1 and the ghost of one. My bedroom box didn't have this problem at all. The living room box is a brick right now. I have other boxes and pc hooked up to my tv. Thats why I know if it isn't pushed I might just let it sit. Well that depends on how much of a pain my wifey will become cause she loves the tvonline box..she says its simple

so to fix the nand flash error, users need to do this:

1. Do factory data reset (system settings, system info, factory data reset)
2. Once reset is done, go to marketplace and download 'memory cleaner' app
3. Wipe the memory for the 4 sections and will resolve the issue.
i did this to get it or was told
Hey so if you are not seeing the app there it may be because you need to update the file from system info. If not a factory data reset, so the app will appear. Once it appears just erase the memory and it will fix the nand flash error.

please anyone tell me if it fixed your problem they would like to know or tell them

I did the reset as instructed , now none of the packages are been installed they are all stuck on 0, nothing is moving at all

I feel you. Thats what I'm stuck at.................asft I did see the app in the market, but won't let me install.......it stays stuck on zero

asft, can you encourage them to release the files for update to you guys and you post to members, or just post it on their website.

I see memory cleaner but nothing can update, not the new file, apps in market place can't load ....then and flash update failed error is going on from Sunday 4th Oct.
I have submitted a ticket number 411, sent in the serial number form, reported it in bugs form, so I will wait on the techs from Avov.
On their Facebook page they report its solved ,I wish they would just email the fix to members with this issue.

that's the problem everything is stuck nothing starts just stay at 0 download
