I have just purchased a New mag 250. (running Version 0.2.18-r11-250) The Box is purchased from Aliexpress.
I have a valid Subscription, the portal is loading but then I get the following Message : "Your STB is not supported"
Any suggestions what can be wrong?
I have tested another portal for test purpose, and that portal loads and Works.

Yes I have done that and using the correct URL.

The wrong is not in the box, but in the settings that you have brought it. Check everything again and if you has successfully activated MAC address everything will be fine

That error shows up when in the STB emu when you select something other than 250 or 254. You are using the native software, correct?

In "Device info" it says Model: Mag245

Can that be the reason? Mag245

If you are trying to connect to nfps or rocket you are out of luck they do not accept clone boxes.

Stalker portal is made by maker of mag boxes so the sever knows what boxes are clones and what are not.

Yes I have tried nfps. Ok that was new information to me, but then it explains why I get this Message.
Why this policy against clone boxes?

It is not typo, Device info says "Model 245"

The box you have is a chinese knock off also says is made in china get your money back.
