Your stb is block call provider

I was using the mag 524 fine no issues at all on portal 1, until the servecie went down a couple of weeks ago and now all 524 arent compatible, something changed in the service like having to do multiple things just to get 1 account working now boxes that were working fine stopped working for me, this has become frustrating for me and many other users/resellers

Well if my 254 my 424 and 524 don't work then what can I use? Or how do I use it one VLC or Iptv smarters. I have a gut feeling my ISP blocked me some how.

im doubt on those boxes you can use third party apps but im may be wrong and dont own them. your best choice is Buzz as they have verity of boxes from low end to high end and can use third party apps along side built in buzz app. :)
check out buzz tv section :)

I doubt your ISP is blocking you. It's these infomir devices. they don't play well with papiao servers.
You can try your code on the VLC Player which can be installed on your laptop or PC
First get te Player from their website and ensure to get the correct version.

This one linked here is for Windows
https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

You'll need to get the Server Playlist URL. This is not the same as the Server Portal URL which you'd be using on them mag devices.
Log on to your code at the server website (I think you are with Rocket, if I remember ?).
Once you have your login page open, remove the MAC that is there (that's your Mag's MAC). Then seen just under where the MAC was shown will be a active drop down window, open that and choose M3U generic w/options.. or it might show as Plus.
Choose that and an address will appear. Copy that Address. You can copy onto clipboard and then later paste it where it needs to be in the VLC Player.
Now open VLC Player and open the Media tab seen up top. Then open the 'Open Network Stream' option. This is where you'd paste that Playlist URL.
Then select Play.

The VLC Player doesn't give much options for iptv channels, there will be no EPG for instance. But it is a way to use your code on a laptop other then an Android device. You won't find any other Players that will work thru Windows.

give oit a try to at least know that your ISP is not blocking you :)

yea, sorry, but there is nothing we can do about this.
Papiao has dedicated a portal for the mag devices but you'd have to be a client of iptvprivateserver (NFPS).
Rocket nor iptv66 have such provisions.

These mag devices have been troublesome for sometime. I had reported on this fact a few times in the distant past. There was even one time where Infomir was actively blocking their mag devices from connecting to a 3rd party server, which at the time I had warned people not to buy Infomir devices (mag devices). i know we can't all see everything all the time.
