with the Rocket server an admin would need to change the URL portal. That usually fixes the problem. Left click my name for Private Message option and send me your log in credentials, and email used.I change my mac address on papiano. The click button on generate a new mac address does not work. I have to do it manually.
Also did a iptv reset numerous times papiano.

Doesn't make difference which service for the 500 series which in particular do not have the compatibility mode option.
