You know the week before all the issues started happening w/ NFPS, username/pswd, & papiao.is when I ran PVRstalkerNFPS on KOD 16RC2 and I was having all my English channels buffering and freezing.

I had another device running KODI 15.2 but just running the PVRStalker (built-in) and I didn't have any buffering or freezing on English channels.

I think it's all tied in together no matter what device you were using although I don't know if the MAG's are doing this or not?

FUSE presently testing

Connects: NO (this is possibly due to incorrect MAC link up with 66 server)
Pull Channels: NO
Version: unknown,, but prolly the 1.64

Connects now to iks66. The reset option is working at IKS66 website, which fixed my connection issue.
Pulls Channels : Yes , but only a few and none of the premium channels.
