I've been trying to hook up a customer for over 110 days now. I've contacted Papiao and they said they reset the code. I've tried and tried the login details they sent but still get the "your account is invalid or has expired" They sent me back here. I'm qqgetting frustrated because it still doesn't work. Any help would be highly appreciated. I now owe the customer now another 2 free years because I could not fix their box. I also tried to set up another person and their is doing the same. Please please help. It's making the service look bad. Thanks

okay my friend. I got your message and checked things and your codes are good.
You will need to use the USER ID in place of the email when logging onto those two codes. Each code has it's own unique User ID and they are IDs you assigned. So use them instead of the email and you should be good to go. And if any trouble with logging onto other codes, use that USER ID again.

I sent you the IDs that match the codes in my last message to you. The reason for the User IDs is so you can create a random ID and then your friend can use that instead of your email or the Order number. This way your email and that Order number can be kept private. Those order numbers will give access to other codes, depending how many other codes are on the one Order number, so you do not really want to give that out to people. The USER ID is there for your protection.
The ID can be anything, like the freind's name for instance.
It must have been you that created and assigned the User IDs

Check the last message sent you, you'll see the User IDs which I included there.
I tested them as well and do work to log on the codes at Rocket website.
