I'm having issues connecting to the servers. In the past, when I had issues, I would simply just go to the Papiao site and perform a IPTV RESET. Everything would work normal afterwards. This week, I began getting "Your account is blocked or expired. Contact your service provider", but nothing seems to correct the issue. I've already tried the following, but still can't connect:
- RESETS between all changes
- Toggle locks on both Internet Provider and Location
- Changed from P1 to P2
- Reentering MAC
- Resetting Router
I went ahead and reached out to the Papiao Staff and they asked for PICs that showed my MAC and Hardware Model, but all they did was create a new Rocket # for me. I'm still unable to connect to servers. Any other suggestion?
