Stright to point... cannot load portal... tryed reset in papaio... rebooted ... on p2... yes I know there is a issue....

And I've been a supporter since fta(solaris) days and I do appreciate everything the support staff and the papaio server admin do

Did you reset modem/router?

Have you cleared cache in the BuzzTV app?

so far my buzzlink xp api and Mac went down... and 3 more (customers on t2 dreamlinks) all went down at the same time... they are all on server p2

I know before you could change the server you were assigned to thru the rocket checker.... since when can we just switch to another server?

Okay, got it and changed it to p1 portal and a reset was done too.
Match that change on your setup. Lets us know the results.

alucard1983 has reported that the change to the P1 portal has fixed the issue.

So , if any need to get that Rocket portal changed, send message to me or to RYU and we'll get it changed.
If however you are running thru a seller account other then Rocket itself, you'll need to contact your seller to get the portal change done.
We can't access seller's accounts.

I will be leaving for a few hours though. Check if Ryu is online if I am not.

Now the server change are only good for the Mac server Login... the buzz 5 xc api login must be partly based off the m3u protocol and will not work seeing they got rid of the m3u sign in
