XPL3000 Black Carbon Ed. Will not update

I need help with a XPL3000 that will not update. Did multiple factory resets as well as Hard resets.
system shows Android Ver. 6.0.1

bob I don't think they have android 7 for some of those older models. I know friend of mine who has exact same and it shows android 6 as well. no update for him as well.

hmmm you may have quite few third party Apk's. my friend when he puts more than 2 it gets slow. but 2 or less works fine.

Like Ryu says above... If You do have Quite a Few, Don't Delete Them, Just go into Information and Disable Ones that You know You don't use that often and when You find You want to use something in one of those Disabled, just Enable it...! If You Delete any, You may not bee able to get it back...!

You clearing cache regularily?
clearing memory?
You can put your apps on a sd card too

Thanks Guys I just wasn't used to not updating like the newer models. I expected to see an update when I left it on the Server settings screen. Been awhile since I had this version.

This is a fresh factory reset and never updates. Buzztv 2 app is installed.
I have tried forcing updates but no go.

go to aptoide market and do a search for buzztv
go to buzztv 2 and update

I'm not sure i was just taking a guess.There are only a few things that may stop it and that may be one of them.

I think you are 100% correct.

Updating the buzztv app was for those units that could not update from 1.6
