The problem was not with NFPS/Rocket it was a connection issue at the source level in this case a "Roku" unit located in an undisclosed location. I'm told it did say "cargando espere" multiple times leading up to Survivor Series and into the first hour, but it was fixed by the second hour and went on the rest of the night without any issue.
