Won't load porttal

I got problem with my mag 254 , I was watching on tv than screen change to message
Out put mode mismatch.
Please change device's video
out put mode to SD mode or
use HDMI out put
I try to change HDMI cable still not working , unplug power it load than screen go black I can't do anything on remode press on setting not work , please help thanks

if you were just watching tv and it appeared on the screen means there working on the channel your watching . ignore the message. try another channel or reboot your box.

On remode control press anything it doesn't work reboot first loading OK than go to black screen

After the reset (Def. Settings)....

After you factory reset your box, dhcp and tftp loading is the default.
To get back to booting correctly unplug and plug back in the box, then menu into bios again.
Once there go to "Boot Mode" and right arrow to change it to "NAND" or NAND2"
Then scroll down to "Exit & Save" and right arrow, then "OK" to save and reboot.
Mine did an update after it rebooted, so let the update load and it will reboot again by itself.
It will boot into where you see "Home Media", IPTV Channels" "Internet Bookmarks" Etc. screen when finished- just like when you first plugged it in out of the box.

Please note that any time you press the "OK" remote button in the bios, give it time to work because it takes a few seconds.
I red that post and do that way it say loading TFTP ..... it take 1 hour it doesn't change anything , do you know how long will be ?
