Vixo1 Issue

Hi,

I have an issue with Rocket saying that the MAC address attached to the device is already in use. What can be done to either change the Vixo1 MAC address or have Rocket free up the MAC address?

I am sure that the settings are correct, and I'm typing in the correct MAC to link.

nope sol on that for box now did you use this mac address before

The box worked for awhile. I tested out Kodi and of course I had to change the MAC to get that working. I got the message when I tried to link the MAC address back to the Vixo1.

I have a grandfathered in account. I don't want to buy another box for this to happen again. So there is no solution?

That brings me to another question. What if I sold the box? Now there will be a possibility of someone buying a bricked box.

well clean that one out too all zeros then load the avov1 back on from tvonline
