When attempting to use my Mag254 today the volume is very low and doesn't adjust. The setup button doesn't work either. I have a separate iptv provider and all remote functions work fine. I tried to verify my subscription and keep getting invalid authentication. I have the email with the order number and my subscription number, I also tried my email, no luck with any of them.
