US channels no sound

I have no sound on my US channels. I am using STB emulator. Any Help

Go into your emulator settings and change the media player to IJK player if it is not already on it, that is the default player.

cant do that on few boxes they need too

I'm talking the settings where you put your profile and server info not the Mag settings as I know you can't change them. I have MyGica units so the three lines on the remote which is the menu button brings up that setting and you should see media settings listed there with aspect ratio etc.
