It means he used a vpn and was able to connect using that. The URL timeout may have been due to selective blocking of ip addresses at the time.

BTW my box started after a few hours to load. The channels are still patchy. Sometimes it loads up and sometimes i still get the url error. Weird. Last edited: Mar 13, 2016
