Keep in mind though, if you factory reset and the box seller doesn't get back to you with your login details, you'll probably have to resubscribe at an additional cost.
Hey guys I am stuck in the same problem. I have resetted to factory settings so many times and loaded the portal again but keeps on going on to the same loading bar error as othersm does anyone knows any solution ? We just changed the theme in the iptv client and it's not working even after resetting the whole box. Thanks
I have done reset through bios and when I again add the portal from my provider it keeps trying to load the portal with the same skin and same issue. The skin somehow is not going back to default for my providers portal. Anyone any help please. I would highly appreciate it or if anyone knows any where else who should I contact
I once had a similar issue and a hard reset through bios worked a treat for me.
If you are not using one of the supported services from this site I think the only option would be for you to go back to your reseller and see if they can sort?
I know somebody got that problem before....the new theme is stored at server level (looks like your set it is not supported) the only way fix it was sign with a different provider that new address will give the standard theme..i know is going to cost another subscrption. if you use an emulator instead of the real mag is going to reset changing just the mac address .... but for that you need a differnt box google or android and install a mag emulator...
you can try this:
- go in mac address reset web site
- enter any new mac address approved by your provider (00:1a:78:xx:xx:xx)
- wait a couple of hours the reset again this time with your real mag MAC address.
- you should have now a virgin account set up when you start your box
