Fox sports 1 and 2 - Freezing constantly!

Watching football (or soccer) on fox sports network 1 and the stream is terrible. Freezing and glitching all the time! It really need sorting out.

all i can tell you they know it and give it some time and all will be better i,m getting lots freeze today on many channels but please give it some more time things are going to change

Is there anything that can be done for this channel (194), all others work for me. It just happens that it is one of my favorite channels.
On another note if TVA Sport could be added on Canadian tv there will be good hockey soon.
