That's the 1st bit of information you have posted, telling us just a little bit, of what your Original Post was referring to!
You are aware that there is currently a Hurricane in the US, which is disrupting many streams, so if you don't include information such as Server Portal, Platform/ Application used, ISP & BW, even your approx. location with respect to the aforementioned Hurricane, as much of the Internet infrastructure has to switch routes to bypass damaged cables.
*(It's possible that thousands of extra users are switched into a main line, slowing things down)

Yes i have both Nfps and Rocket and yes i have seen some problems on Rocket and yes P1.Thanks for clarifying.I'm sure they are aware there is problems and are working to get them rectified.
NFPS, portal 3, It may have been longer but noticed this week that Comedy Central East has no audio, it just bleeps audio for a second every once in a while, could be more channels but i only noticed this one.
