[UP OR DOWN] Channels Reporting

The problem appears to be related to Android Platform.

*Using KODI 17.6 Default Player (internet BW - 65Mb) & Prime time eastern std. time.
Very noticeable Jitter (stop&go), Bit slips,(1 frame gets stuck and next frames play through the 1st image), Video goes out of sync with audio, and Video goes slow motion while audio continues normally.

*Using Perfect Player & VLC (Android)
Problem reveals itself as a 1-3 second pause, then continues for ~15 sec's then repeats.

*Using Kodi 17 on PC Platform
No problem occurs. ???

Reading up on it.

(1a)Me Friend is using the IPTVXtra without any problems...!

(2a) Sounds like a Plan if kodi is giving You problems or You can Re-Do Kodi all over again...!

I have 4 boxes. 2 using Kodi 7.
2 Using live tv, and it is the same problem like this on all 4.
My Internet works perfect. So there needs fixing of the servers coming to us I say.

Confirmed this is an android problem and is related to decoding of h.264 encoded 1080 video streams.
Most Android OS variants no longer have enabled code for AMCodecs, only MediaCodec & MediaCodec (Surface)
This then requires software decoding of 1080 h.264 streams, causing most processors to run at over 400% (multiple core usage), causing video output to be non-contiguous, (full of errors!!!).

Tried also and no change so it must be on their end. Papaio confirmed last week in an email that they are trying to get things back to normal as soon as possible after I told them the HD channels were in slow motion, freezing, pixelating, etc for weeks.

Hopefully get some help posting here.....Hello all,earlier in the week fox news channel wasn't working,just showing test pattern....now just about all channels are showing test pattern...(using potato add on)was on portal 5,changed to 1 then 4,did reset same thing happening....tried kens new iptvextra add on still doing the same....using a minix neo-u9-h box,more than enough internet speed 100 download....nothing has changed on my end.anybody have any thoughts on this problem?got to run for now hopefully when I get back later there will be some feedback on this....Thank You and have a safe and great day.....

Since August 1st, and having past 11 months from devastating hurricane Maria passing thru PR, it's required that people rescan their tv's in order to access every PR channel. That's why this channels its down. So, if the staff can make some research to get thia channel again it would be very appreciated...

Same here Puckett, none of my channels are loading in PVR and when using potato tv I am getting the test pattern for all channels. I've done an IPTV reset with no luck.

Can a mod or admin look into this, please? I just signed up for a year's worth of service and am regretting it.

Have you tried changing portals? I just changed mine to ​s2.iptv66.tv and it's now working in Potato TV. Give that a try Puckett.​

Also had to switch from IPTV Simple Client to Stalker and PVR seems to be working now.

Not sure how this happened because I haven't been to the donation checker page in months.after I went there to change portals,do iiiippppttttvvv resets after having the test pattern problem....changing portals and resets didn't help....well after looking at the donation page I noticed the country lock was set to UK,well I'm not in the UK.I changed it to my country and things are working again!lke I said haven't been to that page in months and not sure how that country lock got changed!Just glad I noticed that and everything is working again....have a safe and great day everybody.
