Having issues today

Almost all channels are buffering constantly and are unwatchable today. Has been working great other than today. I did an IPTV reset, but it didn't help. Any ideas? Thank you.

Don't forget about the Hurricane Maria cause some issues where we get connected. So it will take time to get it up unless they find other back up to all of us up .mean time patient is need it I guess. Ohhh well loosing customers suck ...lol
