Reports do not always guarantee that the channel will appear soon after thou

Is there a way to have Papiao block channels in the subscription? If not, is there a way to lock one out with a MAG254?
I was skimming through the channels last night when I noticed a channel called "Manhandle XXX" which had never worked before but is now functional. I would like to have this channel permanently removed. How would I go about doing this?

alll channels not working

Most channels checked(especially cinema channels) either Error 403, heavy buffering, freezing or do not load. Entertainment channels same deal.

Hardware: Box MXIII-GII, 60mps internet, Kodi 17.1
