Buffering and freezing

Guys I have been getting buffering and freezing on majority channels for months now where I can't even watch it. I've never had this problem before .I've bought three months and there just going to waste.I've used ur service for yrs and was fine.even up my Internet speed to 40 and got a shield box. Something is wrong on ur end and can't ever get a response. Please fix

Fox news 205 only audio and NBC New York 8102, have been remove altogether.

Man, what do I have to do? Copy and paste my posts? If 95% of user don't express discomfort with it at all, why would you think freez could be a server issue? It could take like 10 mins of your life, check your box, verify its efficiency, storage space, real internet income, ping time, ram gb's...

Your problem might be like mine. If i don't use a VPN mine is unwatchable with tons of buffering and freezing. But using a VPN it works perfect on most ever channel. I have said for months that they should advertise works better with a VPN for some people.

Hi stang373 just wondering are you hard wired or using Wifi? Also are there others in the house using the Internet at the same time? As the others have said I have noticed almost zero issues with the service so there must be something that is causing all the issues you are having. Definitely give Daddyrat50's suggestion a try as well but also let us know on the other questions I posted above.

You get audio? I get nothing to hear/watch on 205. I thought IPTV was going to be so much better than IKS. Seems maybe not so. Sad.
I was hoping that IPTV would fill the gaps when IKS was down but that seems to not be the case. More sad.
