Put the channel number and the channel name in the title of the post please. They don't open and read each post. Make it simple for them and things will get fixed more quickly.
Some channels have their audio massively out of sync. The option to offset the audio does not cover the amount of real time by how much out of sync it actually is.

when i subscribe from Rocket i was expecting to watch Canadian and Ethiopian channels. Is any room to upgrade channel list in future? their is high volume Demand for this kind of information around where i am living.

This channel is still down and has been for weeks, so I wonder if this service is properly being maintained now as people have complained and complained and nothing has happened. The main channel for UK sports and it's down for weeks.
