Still TBS (channel 62) and CNBC (channel 139) down

TBS (Channel 62) has been down for almost a month and now CNBC is down as of about 1/2 hr ago. When are they going to fix TBS? People pay for this service and I can't believe how unreliable the channels are.

I was wondering the same about channel 824 Canal de las estrellas, it never takes this long for a channel to come back up.
