The mods have no control what's up or down... They also won't get an answer when or if it will be back up.. That is just the way it works

Freezing

Hi i have a issue i have a client he told me that are lot of channels freezing since monday.But i look my channels they are working verry good my client reset the internet but notting.

It can be a number of things, his setup in the house all the way to the ISP provider as we have said. There's not much you can do unless your going to there house to trouble shoot it... The service has been mostly freeze free... Is what they are using for a box on Wifi or hard wired??

Just to notify...

Puerto RIco local channels and the ones around (the last ones on the list) are down. Channels starts in 7777 and the last one is 8833. BTW, if you kindly add the OndirecTV channel and WIPR that will be awesome. Thanks and have a nice day/night.
