I think the service here has offered more than they can deliver. Going to HD 1080p was much appreciated, but they cannot support 1080p.
I have found numerous HD channels with video distortion, freezing, cutting off, and looping on restart. The service is happy with the current HD channels
and will not be correcting these issues in the future.


I, and others. suggest the HD channels go to 720p. The quality difference between 1080 and 720 is negligible,, and we would get more reliable channels.

I strongly agree with you 1sikguy. Hopefully we can see this happen soon. I questioned this last week. Just stop the freezing and looping would be great. andkaal

1080 is the way to go in a few more years the only available tvs would be 4K. No stores around selling 480p tvs for some time now.

I believe that they are working on it. I noticed that half or more of the US channels were dead over the weekend and into this morning (on portal 4). I checked again at about 10:30 (US Central Daylight Time) today and nearly all were back. I watched several of the channels that had been tearing/skipping and they were trouble free at the time. I also noticed that the Hallmark channel which I think was in 1080 is now back to 720. This all suggests that they are making progress. Fingers crossed.

I concur, appreciate the HD channels that's forsure as well the efforts. Assuming growing pains, however the HD freezes a lot ver SD making HD unwatchable. I have high speed net, so thats not it. Stream Prime and Netflix with no problem, so thinking servers. Again appreciate the efforts and channels, keep up the hard work. This also shouldn't become a biatching thread either, however thread is in issues. Thanks

Channel 155 Fighting Sports Network is now UFC Fight Pass but dont work ...can a mod or someone that knows let us know what the plans are for this channel in future if we will still have channel 864 Fighting Sports Network and UFC Fight Pass on channel 155
