your reports do not fall on def ears here.
The thread descriptions are looked at often by service administration, he doesn't actually open the threads to read them (never does), thats why a descriptive thread title is important.
I do open them on occasion but not too often. Mostly the threads titles work for me too for sending in these reports, and I always receive an answer which is .... Report has been forwarded.
Sometimes I see results and other times not.
You have to remember thou, I can't report a channel every time someone posts in here. That would be crazy, as then my emails to the right person would be overwhelmed with just those reports. So I give each new report some time and then send in a few at a time. I am not always up to date with my reports, but I do also know the server adnmin guy is also looking at these thread (titles).
Not all reports here are in need of sending in , as some freezing is temporay and that sort of thing.
