system settings under System/TV/General tab - 3 Radio Buttons relating to the Backend Server...
- Synchronize Channel Groups
- Use Channel Order
- Use Channel Numbers

Highlight all 3 and Restart Kodi

I noticed a lot of Buffering during Game of thrones tonight in which the show stuttered and even froze at times, last week multiple people told me it was my ISP so I performed a Modem reboot and it was still acting up afterwards is there anyway to remove the HD channel until this buffering gets under control?

Had the same issue at the same time as sowen91, HD channels are not stable yet.
Laser, Thanks for confirming you had issues too. Little is subjective, for us it was not great.

It cannot be ISP if other net broadcasts work fine, you can try youtube 1080p, CBSN live or Netflix.

Noticed these channels returned to the guide a while back, but have not been able to get them to work. Also, there is no epg data for these channels.

If they haven't gone live yet, I look forward to them doing so soon.
