Do a ping check that will tell you if you are block from server.
Ping 11.iptvrocket.tv

I'm sorry but how do i do a ping test and is the correct server address, http://11.iptvrocket.tv/ or http://iptvprivateserver.tv/ ?

Nevermind is did the test with cmd:-

ping statistics for 31.220.2.36:

Ok try uninstalling STB emu and reinstall 0.6.11 from scratch
open stb emu then press menu, settings, profiles, demo profile
go to portal settings, portal URL and change it to hxxp://11.iptvrocket.tv then ok and back
now go to mac address 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx now replace "x" with your numbers then ok and back, back, menu/exit
And now restart STB EMU hope every thing goes well and enjoy

I did all that and the screen just stays black then gives a connection error. Funny thing is that if i put a wrong address it fails instantaneously, but with the correct address it takes about 5 minutes then throws the error. I'm really starting to believe my isp may be blocking this. Is that possible. AND THANKS FOR ALL YOUR PATIENCE AND HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the log and can see some red and orange lines in it but because it's on my fire tv i'm having great difficulty getting it off, i sent it through twitter via dolphin browser but the link it sent is not accessible through chrome lol i dont know how to get in the .txt form.

It's working fine for me now, everything except the adult section. I can't seem to find a way to input a password. 0000 used to work, but I can't input it now
