On the PPV Movies and on the VOD Movies, I either get a black screen or at the bottom of the screen it either says unknown screen error or 24 hertz. Also on Live Channels, All i get is a black screen and about 2 seconds of audio, then it goes out.

Which connection option are you using ?
MAC, XC or m3u ?

Those channels are not hosted on the papiao server which makes this kind of strange.
As they should work even when all other channels may not.

have a buzztv device here (not the Classic though) and using thru XC option without that channel issues mentioned.
Let me switch over to MAC and I'll check that.

wait a second, before I switched connections, I checked the VODs. I had check a few of the recent PPV just posted and they were fine, but the VODs and TV Series are not working. They don't show at all when looking in the VOD menu.
Still using the XC option.

So possibly server error, maybe.
I'll do some more tests.

okay, it's not a connection issue, meaning it doesn't matter which connection is used.
I lost VODs with the iptvprivateserever (nfps) and thru BuzzTV XC or MAC options, but the PPV work (the few I checked).

So i tried the old Dreamlink I have here and VODs seem fine, as do PPV and others.
A few of the most recently added VODs on the list don't work, but that is normal.
And no issues with Live channels.

Okay, I am going connect the buzztv device again and recheck things.

I don't know why your LiveTV channels are acting up, they should be fine. Try removing power and rebooting again, see if that makes a difference.

Ok, I am getting some strange results which are leading me in thinking we having some server errors.
I connected the Dreamlink and it was working right away, even with the MAC left blank at my papiao log in page. But my server setup in Dreamlink menu did have the credentials entered so I thought it was working thru XC method (Dreamlinks have that option but it's not labeled as such. We just have to add credentials and with the MAC left blank and that's the XC connection with the dreamlinks).
So anyway I created a new portal slot on the Dreamlink and left the credentials blank this time and still with the MAC blank at the papioa login, and Live channels are still working and they shouldn't be. i checked the same VOD I had working earlier and it's working too.

So , seems like some kind of server mix up, not sure though. These results have me rather confused :(

recent VODs generally don't work till a few days after they been uploaded.

But try this VOD --> History of Evil.
That's the one working here, among all the others except a few recent ones.

But also check my last post, here. Something strange is going on.
The dreamlink works without credentials entered in server setup and without a MAC attached at papaio.

I need coffee :eek:

thats weird. are you sure you are not connecting to portal that has crendentials entered already lol :)
no dreamland to test and validate. tried same on buzz and no go.

according to the portal showing connected I am sure... but I will delete the other portals just to be more sureish :)

okay, well that was weird. I deleted the portal that had the credentials and then connected the portal that never had credentials and no MAC either. It connected and worked fine. So then I powered off the Dreamlink and now it doesn't connect. So I guess it was still connecting thru that credential portal even though I changed it and even deleted it, but that power cycle must have reset it as it should be.

Okay so back to square one again ... lol deleted all portals on the Dreamlink. Added a new one with no credentials added but with the MAC attached at papaio log-in.
Everything is working normal, LiveTV, VOD and PPV

Gonna go back to the buzztv device now and recheck things.

I am a little late in reporting back, sorry about that. I was busy busy :)
Anyway I see today that with MAC connection many of the LiveTV channels are not working.
I did check alot but not all, I'd estimate at less then 1/4 are working.
Today the PPV, VOD & TV Series are working, and again this is with MAC connection.

So then I removed the MAC from the papaio log-in, set my server onto the XC API connection which I had previously setup on this Buzz device.
All LiveTV channels working as normal.
PPV, VOD & TV Series all working as normal.

So something is a bit whacky but the XC connection seems to be the stable connection.
