Unable to reset IPTV

Channels constantly getting stuck on loading, when I try and reload portal or reboot device I get blue bar. Only after multiple reboots will it load, but gets stuck on channel after about half hour again. Tried to reset IPTV and change portal but keep getting message "Sorry we can't process this request right now" any ideas?

you can only reset iptv 3 times like in 24 hours use the portal that they give you

Yes I understand that but it won't let me reset at anytime, all I get is message that it can't be processed.

Best way to reset is to go to papiao.is site

Back up, one of the kind mods at the sister site was able to do reset for me.
