Unable to connect to addons

I can't connect to any of my addons. Says it won't connect. I was going to "fresh start" but I get the same message when I got to programs or addons. What can I do?

After Fresh start did you go to programs and Config Wizard?

Check your internet connection, reset modem!!

modem reset

I did a modem reset. Here is what I just did that applies to anything I try and click once I go to Videos, Addons, Programs etc.

1-Power on. Click Kodi on menue.
2-Programs. Click Maintenance.
3-Freezes. Lower left of screen says "working" but the loading circle not moving.
4-can't back out, left or right click, etc. Have to hit yellow home button.

This will happen no matter what I pick: Videos, Programs, TV, Music etc. I can get there but then stops. I checked for updates and there was nothing there. Thank you for responding.

Here is what I did:
1-Settings
a-file manager
-Profile direct
open and find ---19db addons ***delete.
back out and close Kodi.
2-Re-start Kodi. Wow. It's working.
