for some reason my box is not updating its getting stuck on update screen i reset the box still doing the same any ideas guys?

if it's stuck, how did you reset??...are you referring to a hard boot or fac. default??

Factory reset i tried both manual reset too

Pretty sure it's not the server. Mine has been stuck for several days. Still waiting on customer service to "push" an update to my box. In the meantime it doesn't even make a good paperweight because it's too light! Lol. Good luck. Hope yours starts to work.

Same issues here, stuck installing package nothing is working, isn't there a manual update we could go back to version 1.0.16 or up to 1.0.18, help?

That update produced an error for me. Didn't work/wouldn't update
