tvonline bug

hi I realize that when ever I turn off the tvonline and plug the power cord when ever I turn it on again it is not connecting just the bar but the yellow bar is not coming cross have to put in another donation clear the mac address and reinstall it again, so it look like pulling the power cord id the cause.

hard booting shouldn't cause that problem. I turn mine on by hard booting everytime to get correct date/time.. What firmware do you have??

I would fac reset it and start over, sounds like firmware got corrupted...but first try booting modem/router then unit..
