Trouble with vod

I'm having trouble with the vod with the tvonline app the video never loads I waited 30 mins and it never got past the loading is there something I missed in the settings the live TV part works with some freezing but no vod anybody else having this problem?

Thanks for the info 4wheelin I'm just glad it's not on my end this thing will be awesome when the testing is over and they go private
