you are good to move posts but not to address customer's concerns. This service has not been for free and has been terrible for the past months. you have a patient community, but this is enough.
Been trying this service for 8 months and now I have to say it is a complete screw job.
Constant loss of channels and now access denied error.
Went to a service with a higher monthly charge but their $hit works.
