The donation on my Mag 254 has just expired.

When my Mag 254 is booted up I get-

Your stb is blocked call the provider.


After I link my Mac address to my new donation number.

How do I setup and erase old donation number and put in new donation number on my Mag 254 to make it work again ?
And what is the server address for Rocket I put in, do I use the new one or can I still use the old one which I used before it expired ?

Could someone please tell me steps what I should do to get my Mag 254 working again ?
Do I need to go to internal portal to set these things up or what ? What do I have to do, so I would be able to boot into the internal portal ? Right now I can't even boot into my internal portal to play channels from m3u playlist.

I have the same problem and I linked three times my MAC address, rebooted the box, nothing happened. Also I applied the procedure, nothin happened.

Please I need your help.

Maybe from the people who got their stb unblocked and asked them what they did. Because they are the ones who got it working.
Not from the support people because they are the ones relying on the help from people with stb who got unblocked. L.O.L.

Just do what Crazed recommend and wait.
Because initially it did not work for me was still block, but after waiting sometime it started working for me last night and I did no further resetting before it started to work.
You know it is starting to work when yellow progress bar goes to the right hand side before it loads up the channels. Before it just shows block screen after initial progress on the left.
I think it takes time for the system upgrade to transfer over that is why. Maybe it get transferred in increments so some users work and some don't. But eventually I think all should work.
Patience is a virtue.
But don't know whether it was Crazed telling us the method to reset it that worked or it just started to work by itself. So thanks to Crazed, eventually it did work.

I sent crazed a pm with my donation number mac address and email. he reset something on his end I unplugged my internet connection for 10 mins then powered back on and it worked. I am using a mag 254. I believe the thread you are looking for is in the announcement section. I was down for 3 days until I did those steps. hope this helps.
