Stumped.. Stalker Client "Failed to get stream URL"

I keep getting this error message on all the chanels, did an IPTV reset. Dont get any errors while the PVR manager is loading channels.
Anybody please share your solution if you have experienced this or the gurus please help.

Shut down Kodi. Go to the Donation Checker for your service do an IPTV Reset. Wait approx 15 minutes after doing the reset before logging back into Kodi.

Thanks did the iptv reset couple of times .. nothing yet.. but I am getting some porn channels but not all. No CNN or any news channel.

You have an internet problem. It could be your ISP, or routing to the server. You can try a VPN to see if you can get a better route to the server.

Same problem here, it usually works in the morning, but every night now when I get home...nothing.
I did the usually clear data, clear guide, reset IPTV through Papiao and it's still the same.

I would agree with you that my ISP maybe causing the problem, but can the ISP block some TV channels and allow only Adult channels. I also noticed I started getting bloomberg news and a few international channels.

I signed up for vpn service hoping it would solve the problem.. but didnt. I cant think of what the problem might be.

Have you tried changing the portal?
was having the same issue; but after changing the portal all is fine now.

I tried connecting to a different portal. After several "iptv resets" I keep getting the same "authentication failed" message. Now to find out how to resolve this.

Kodi was shutdown when you did the IPTV Resets? You changed the portal address in PVR Stalker client to reflect the new portal assignment?

Yes I first disabled the stalker client and then clear data and shut down the android box prior to iptv reset.

By clear data, did you set defaults? If so, you would have to reconfigure. Did the old data return? The authentication issue usually/almost always means there is a problem with configuration. Make sure your portal and MAC in the Donation Checker match what you used to configure PVR Stalker client.

Started working today, I had followed "dara's" tut and still could not
get it to work. My guess it takes time after hitting iptv reset. Thanks

It takes a good 15 minutes for the IPTV Reset to take effect.

I have done IP reset, changed Internet (network) connection twice, used VPN - same failed to get stream message. the funny thing is that first 2 channels are the only one working
'played' with setings for hours, it is wasted time.
I have installed video addon Stalker - all channels are working fine there (much easier the installation process)
I miss Stalker NFPS - everything had been working well for more than one year for me. Please if anybody has Stalker NFPS zip can send me a message? I have lost all data on my laptop including the Stalker NFPS...thanks

I as well am getting "failed to get stream URL" on some channels but they seem to be coming back slowly was a lot worse yesterday....so double checking here when you do a RESET .... Kodi is suppose to be OFF or I guess the box should be turned off in my case and wait at least 15 minutes before starting things up again????

I also am having the same issue. I purchased 10 with a reseller account. My previous fire sticks that I use the stalker client with work flawlessly. The new ones I did under the reseller account doesnt load up all of the channels. it starts with 21 (CHching) 77 (London Live) Those are also the only two channels I have found that play. All the other say failed to load stream url. I have tried different portal etc Help please I have sold three and have customers ready to give them back lol
