stuck at login screen

Bought new MAG254 and was working to setting up the box.
Reviewed below document and set my box as below:

Portal: Rocket
Server: http://11.iptvrocket.tv


Rebooted the box and stuck at Authentication (Login/Password) prompt. Not sure what to do next?

do you have User ID and Password ?
Reboot the device and try again.

I didn't had username and password before but later I bough subscription for Rocket and got username/password but it's not working and shows ERROR. Do I need to change portal and server name as per subscription email? if yes, how I do that? Also, which Server I should pick from below list?
Subscription email has below info:
IPTV PORTAL: 22.iptvrocket.tv
IKS SERVER: 6.rocketserver.tv (Dish) 65.rocketserver.tv (Claro TV 50W) 55.rocketserver.tv (Dish Mexico) 60.rocketserver.tv (Sky Mexico)
PORT: 35966 (Dish) 65000 (Claro TV 50W) 55000 (Dish Mexico) 60000 (Sky Mexico)

I did not notice that we were in Intro threads.

Your iptv Portal server address is...
IPTV PORTAL: 22.iptvrocket.tv

You will also need to link the Mag receivers MAC address to your donation. That is done at the server website.
