Hi all MAG260 owners, there is an emu update 0.5.23 on google play released yesterday. Has anyone used this new file? I have not received my unit yet so just wondering if anyone tried it and had any success.

It has been reported that the installed emulator does not work well, so you'll probably want to install the updated emulator as well as an exterior player like MX. Find the instructions elsewhere on the site. Welcome.

Dara, 0.5.21 is the last vasilchmax file I have so think he is referring to the emu and not the one that comes with the mag260?
I have stbemu-googleplay-release-0.5.21.apk as the latest

Hi Bio, thanks for your reply and yes you are correct. I will try this new emu file once I receive my MAG260, i was just wondering if any 260 owner has tried this new update. I'm hoping the MAG260 runs as well as my 254.

It will work, although not as fully functional as an IPTV box....meaning you won't have all the functions

I don't see it at Play Store.. I don't see the other one either thou.
I did see the MAG emulator with mygica mentioned.....

Also there is no Download option, only an Install option.

Nope, looked earlier today, this new one was released February 14, 2015 so may be another day or so before it's somewhere to get besides play. If someone can get it from play and post, would be nice

Thanks crazed, got it on my dreamlink right now. They modified it to where it looks at the stb and kills the app if it's not a mygika. Can edit and all but a reboot of the app brings the nag and only option is to exit

yea, I can't download that one DarkSide, there is no option to do so.
I can only install it from playstore
... which I can't do, as I have no devices to install it to



yea, that one was for the mygica stb I think BIO... It had links to the mygica homesite

i put that url in the browser of the M8 and it still said not available in my country... guess will just have to wait

Vasilchmax has never been available to me through the play store, have read that us and canada are blocked by google from downloading.

Dark, if you need the gika app I will see if I can rip it off my dreamlink later this eve for ya.
