STB Emulator on Android - your STB is blocked, call the provider

So I reset the IPTV on Papiao.tv, updated the Mac address, cleared the buffer and data of the STB Emulator app on android and when I try to open it, it says: Your STB is blocked. Call the provider.

There is no where it prompts me to enter my username and password (donation number). I have the send device ID selected and server info setup properly.

Any one know how to fix this? Or this is because the server is still down?

I reset the port, and now the user name and password windows come up. Typed in mine and works again! Finally! Everyone else don't give up it is working.
