It just might be a good thing but I sure wish they kept us better informed. You have people trying all kinds of solutions . I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to put a post up for everybody's benefit. JMHO

i agreed with Bigearl1230, @edwardnizz you can't tell the customer to take it easy when there is no explanation on why the service is down when they paying for it!
