stalker client unable to load channels

I'm having trouble loading my channels I tried everything on my android box and still get the same message. X stalker client unable to load channels. Can u help me please!

Servers are having issues. Iptv simple client and stalker are not working properly.

I'm pretty sure you can't have both enabled at the same time. At least I couldn't...
