lot of the new channels are not yet working through kodi but work with emulator or mag

emulator for android stb's or blue stacks on your pc...

I tried blue stacks on my Windows 7 p.c.. I can get sound but not video. Why is that ?

Server work going on with the adult channels. I noticed that some of the channels that didn't work before did, and those that did aren't showing up on the PVR list. The only constant seems that the IPTV STB Emulator continues to bring in channels consistently, but the Stalker PVR client does have consistency issue with recent changes.

I knew there was something I was missing: when you guys were talking about the emulator, I thought you were talking about bluestaks (that is an android emulator indeed and this is why I installed kodi in it, since the thread started with it). I finally realized that you were talking about the emulator for the IPTV box that run under android OS. Now the question is, can I find a free emulator? Or what emulator should I install?

ok so I got the pvr addon running it seem to be missing some channels I was comparing it to my meg 254 box is there something I can do to fix this?
so on kodi pvr addon I get 280 channels and on the meg254 294 channels

That's what I'm seeing. The issue is either with the PVR client, or the settings at the server.

Is it a possibility that the server guys are trying a new way of broadcasting the new channels to try to eliminate the use of the stalker plugin ? Maybe there are security flaws with the plugin. I'm just saying it might be a possibility.

Sure, that's a possibility, but its also a possibility that they don't want the emulator around either. There is incentive to keep the streams somewhat difficult to copy, however leaving off a portion of the market in favor of the mag and avov boxes isn't good business.

i do agree that they probably don't like the plguin ver at nfps (as they will not allow talk of it on their site). i don't think the are trying anything "new" per se to break the plugin intentionally... they likely just changed something small that happened to break plugin.. remember, when the plugin came out, it did not have the porn channels either, because they were locked, so dvbken had to code a workaround for them.. Im just speculating too of course. I do know that the plugin will be updated rest assured. dvbken has a life though and is not constantly working on updating the plugin every day, so i wouldnt be expecting updates right away whenever something gets broken, itll be on his schedule, and rightly so.

as far as the emulator and mag250, i don't see them moving away from that, its what all the other pirates are using, forcing everyone into a new box wont go over well with the community, unless there are great benefits for the end users. and i thought the emulator was made by the creators of the mag250 to run on their mag260 box was it not?

I would think the 14 channel you are missing are the 14 'NEW' xxx channels.

The 0.5 PVR client must have code in it which enters the pin code to unlock the 4 xxx channels which were there before these 14 'NEW' ones were added..... so the PVR client will need updating to show these new ones.
